My feeing is that it is using pyro but feeding a custom built wind force with turbulence to achieve those beautiful swirls.

Thank you for the answer! I'm troubling with starting point of simulation,can you tell me with few words pls,from what do i start the simulation,if it's a abit big scale simulation.Should i make a volume from some big scale geometry for example? Thank you!

You can create elements like that with a combination of pyro FX and a simple volume box with some noise run through it

Because this is most likely going to be a pretty large volume, I would first attempt to do this with pop particles that are fed to the ‘volume rasterize particles’ node.

I've included a quick example. Hope it helps.
