Hello everyone,
I am experimenting with wire deformer sop. I animated a line with a sine wave and deformed a snake geo with it. Now, the main problem i have is that there is a regular twitch (it can be seen better in wireframe mode ) that supposedly comes from the animation but i can't figure out how to eliminate it. Any ideas?
Many thanks
Francesco

That it your snake wont have those weird twitch.
Thanks let me know if this helps
It has few things to fix.
- do not resample the curve after the point sop animation. (tip : use blendshapes sop to create a pose to match the snake pose after you point sop)
- the point count on the rest and deforming ideally should be equal.
- on your wire deform node > blending > set this to Biased or weighted
That it your snake wont have those weird twitch.
Thanks let me know if this helps
