Problems with applying 3d noise surface texture

Thanks guys for your previous replies!

I continue working on my SFX and got another problem.
I've created deforming curve and copied metaball to it. Now i'm trying to texture all this stuff. But the procedure texture i've created in VOP doesn't reference to the deformations of my geometry.

Are there any ways to stick procedure texture to the surface? (as it could be, if i just draw it)

I've already tried to apply uv's and use Shading Layer Parameter but didn't get convenient result, because configuration of my curves rather complicated (looks like L-system web) plus they appear point by point in space, so that my noise starts to change scale in space.

Need yours advices!

Actually i've already solved this problem in similar manner manually. I've created static geometry, added uv's and transfered them to deformed one. It also works well
