Constrain straighten to view plane, How ?

In my case (you can look at hip file in first post), there a Y slope between first and last edge so I can't just scaling to 0 in y.
I would like to know how to well use the “Constrain straighten to view plane” option to quick acheive what I want (if it's possible).

@vusta it's not a simple scale to 0 because I want a progressive slope in Y between first and last edge points.
@DmitriiP, Yes !! I have not test on this side, (only on front).
It give a good result, thank you !
There still a offset on x and z when it's done (which I want not) but I think we can't do better with this method.
