I am displacing the position of a geometry with noise and copying the exact settings but not getting the same results.
Can someone please help. Attaching A little .hipnc file that should help..

I think Fianna herself said in the original thread (that you posted to as well) that she didn't recall all the parameters she had to set to arrive at these noise spheres. I think, for something like the Worley F2-F1 example, you'd have to remap the noise values quite a bit to get those sharply defined cell wall-like structures, using some sort of a step function.
Btw you should be applying the displacement at render time in your shader, not to actual geometry. Otherwise your geometry will need to be incredibly high-res to get even close to the level of detail you are seeing in those examples.
