Offseting copied animation with copytocurves node

Hi, I'm trying to find a way to offset the animation of an alembic file that has been copied several times with the copytocurve node.
I would like the animations to be triggered or at least delayed as the camera approaches the different copies. I've done similar things in C4D but I am quite lost on how to achieve it in Houdini. Can someone point me in the right direction?
