Hi

How copy lines along curve , using curve normal ?

you can use Orientation Along Curve SOP your curve (maybe Resample before to desired spacing)
and then copy line to that (you may need to play with line's direction before copying to point perpendicular to Z)

Another way (there are always a lot of ways) would be to use the polyframe SOP to calculate tangents and/or bitangents of your curve, and simply calling the bitangent N, and then copy your line spikes to it.
