Spliting geometry from Unity into multiple GameObjects

Hello!

I would like to split a bigger object from Unity into chunks with a HDA.

However, I can't figure out how to tell Houdini to create multiple objects based on an attribute. I've tried the deprecated "Split Geos By Group" but with no succsess, since theres also no documenation how this works exacly. Also from what I've read in the Unity Plugin Docs, this is anyways only possible for instancing prefabs?

Can anyone help me?

You need Houdini Groups, not Attributes.

ThomasSpaceflower is correct. If you assign your geometry into different groups, it should be split according to the groups. This is deprecated, meaning that it works for very simple geometry, but it has been known to sometimes produce duplicate geometry.
