Hi everyone
I’m having issues with Houdini 18.5.532 where any task I send to Houdini ends up with this error in the log

=======================================================

Error

=======================================================

Failed to load the plugin because: Could not initialize the plugin sandbox (Deadline.Plugins.PluginException)

=======================================================

Type

=======================================================

RenderPluginException

=======================================================

Stack Trace

=======================================================

at Deadline.Slaves.SlaveRenderThread.e(String ajq, Job ajr, CancellationToken ajs)

at Deadline.Slaves.SlaveRenderThread.b(TaskLogWriter ajm, CancellationToken ajn)

=======================================================

Log

=======================================================

2021-05-16 19:13:08: 0: Loading Job’s Plugin timeout is Disabled

=======================================================

What could that be?

Is anybody working with this version of Houdini and Deadline?
This started after updating from 18.0 to 18.5.532 and Deadline 10.1.15.2

Update: so far it seems to be an issue with the new version of Deadline not loading the plugin sandbox for PDG.
The deadline submitter works perfectly. Only PDG is not working.

yeah after updating to 10.1.18.4 and Houdini 18.5.672 i can only send pdg if i don't use the “all frames in one batch” option, which defeats its purpose a little.
