Hello

I am new to Houdini and I need help with Vellum.

I am having trouble with vellum tatrahedral node.

I have an already animated human body and I am trying to add vellum simulation on it. I prepared the simulation and added the vellum constraints + vellum solver but when I run the simulation the animation works but my object's primitives behaves weirdly. I tried to play with the stretch stiffness and also bend stiffness numbers but could not fix the problem. How can I fix it? :/

I attached the screenshots. I could also include the hip file if its needed.

Thanks in advance!

Your polyreduce and tetconform is changing the topology every frame since you are feeding in animate geo
So if you have any pin constraints that match the animation they will go crazy as the points are changing

Do your polyreduce and tetconform on a static t pose and then pointdeform to your anim to get stable deforming tet mesh that can be used as a target geo
