Bevel on concave edges

Hello.
I'm getting some strange behaviour when beveling concave edges. In the image attached we can see that some vertex and edges are left from the original geometry which should be dissolve, isn't it?

Can't tell you why it behaves that way, but if you have the Labs tools, a Dissolve Flat Edges sop would fix it.

That's odd. Is it possible you're getting duplicate or unattached points from the boolean? You could try a clean or fuse SOP after the boolean just to check.

Hi Geoff. I've checked the boolean and it's ok. Anyway I've tried with a simple extruded T shape and I'm getting same behaviour.

It's been almost one year since this post and still I find more evidences that something is wrong with bevel node. A simple bevel of one edge:
