"On a misty morning, getting ready to take the sea for a fishing session with your family, you find an old, battered up journal, probably, judging by the look of the materials it was made with, a century old.
Inside, a story of friendship, betrayal, and madness.
The last pages are covered up with the same sentence, again and again, until there is no room left.
'ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn'
What a weird find, you think. Who would believe such things as a giant sleeping monster, or occult rituals that could bring back the dead would even be real ?
Who, indeed?"
And that's a wrap for the "lovecraftian" little week. What fun it was. The Labs suite of tools are incredibly versatile, useful, and efficient. Kudos, and thanks to anyone and everyone taking an active part in developping these !
( if you wonder what was actually tilemeshed, it's the whole fauna/flora on the ground )
( also, another kind of piece on which denoise did a baaad number. Ah well. )
[edit: same image, just waaaay more samples. find the originally posted one below ! )

Mardini 2022 - Day 20 - Labs Mesh Tiler Node
This node stumped me a bit..could not make the baker do it's thing, kept getting a small border padding even after I changed to 0 padding...Initially, I wanted to bake out maps so that I could throw the maps on some simulated cloth...but ran out of time of messing with settings and figure out what I was doing wrong to get proper baked out maps....so I opted for full geo tile
