Pretty sure I'm missing something really basic here, but when I drop a mocapbiped sop into a 24 fps project and play an animation I'm seeing it jump from the end to the next start of the loop. How do I get it to run smoothly?

Some of the mocapbiped clips are rough and need clean up, especially mocapbiped1.
It's easier just to use one of the other cycles or mocapbiped's that correctly loop.
If you still want to use the first one, you can tidy it with some chops. This tutorial is a little old, hopefully it still works in current builds:
