Hi,
How can I import a .shp files that I bought from UKmapcentre.com ?
Is there an easy way or a great tutorial. Im a noob in houdini, but I would like to do a heightmap from that data.

probably this

Even though I'm not sure about the height map part, .shp seems to be a vector format

I'm just saying, you will get what the .shp file contains, so most probably some vector shapes as lines and points
then of course you can process them as you want
but if you wanted the actual heightmap data as you hinted you may be better off by chosing to export such data as elevation map and load through Heightfield File SOP
