Primitives are wireframes and don't show assigned texture

I am trying to render my particles and I created a trail which is made with a Sphere and a Sweep node. When I view them individually they show their material, but after merged with the particles they show as wireframed.

Ensure that the materials you've assigned to the sphere and sweep nodes are compatible with the rendering method you're using for the particles. Sometimes, certain rendering engines or particle systems have specific requirements for materials.
