When running the exe I get
"Can not determine HOUDINI_USER_PREF_DIR. Please check your environment and specify HOUDINI_USER_PREF_DIR
Press any key to continue . . .""

I've looked up tutorials and none work, some said to make json file and put it into houdinis install path then to the packages folder and still no luck. And the documentation for me is illegible as I do not understand what they are saying at all.
