Cartesian To Polar in cops

I would like to get the same result like in Substance desgner using cartesian to polar .
I tried using Uv to polar but i can't find a way to make it behave the same way.
Any idea how to do it?

The input image is almost the same on the Sd example as in the Houdini one (node:blend1)

FOUND uvtopolar into a channeljoin into a uvtransform (i needed to put scale at 2 and -1) and connect with a sample node
