I don't know if other people encounter this issue before. For me, it's a long-time “bug” since Houdini 14 if I can remember correctly.
In the parameter tabs, sometime one channel can be “locked” and I don't know how to return it to default state. For example, the “transform” node has 3 float values that can be adjusted, but I believe one time I only see the Y value shows in the parameter and I tried double-clicking, alt, Ctrl+click… did not do anything. Restart software may solve the problem, but not guaranteed.
Today I have encountered the same issue but this time under “Pyro Bake Volume” node. The “source range” node value for fire color has been “locked” to only maximum value. Could someone show me a workaround solving this? Many thanks!
the default one:
how to revert the channel "lock" in parameter panel?

it's old one indeed and I don't recall the last time I encountered it
if memory serves me right, you can put focus in that field and then hit TAB several times (depending on how many components are after the current one) and it would revert to seeing all components
but I may be wrong or it may not have been consistent workaround
