In 20.5 we added support for geo light LPEs with the LPE Tag, Karma Render Settings and Karma Standard Render Vars LOPs.

For geo to show up in the LPE Tag LOP press the teddybear icon and select the geo from the list, or, when using the regular parm interface, add the geo to the "Additional Geometry Prims" parm or set it explicitly through the multiparms' "Primitives" parm.

For geo lights to be used with the "Split per LPE Tag" options on the Karma Render Settings and Karma Standard Render Vars LOPs, the geo needs to have the "Treat as Light" property enabled (use a Render Geometry Settings LOP to set this) and an LPE Tag applied. You also need to make sure the geo lights' paths are added to the "Geo Light Primitives" parm.
That last requirement is to help minimise the impact of searching through potentially very large scenes for a handful of "Treat as Light" prims with the required LPE tag.
