Thats looks promosing, had another person test on a 7950x as well and worked fine there to. What OS are you on? Curious if it is a windows11 issue or a me issue

Using Win 11

Installed Linux Mint 22 and tested it out and worked flawlessly so maybe time to reinstall windows. or just upgrade the cpu.

Allright figured out what was causing the issue. Display Options 3D Textures Limit Resolution was unticked which caused the massive RAM usage. Clicking that and it is all good again.
