Hi all,

I recently got introduced to Houdini's new Copernicus nodes and I tried making something cool with it. This is a tile generator that lays out tiles in the shape of any geometry input you give it. The border tiles are made with sops because I couldn't figure out how to do it in cops alone. I'm not really a fan of the large empty patches and the heavy distortion on some of the border tiles, but I couldn't really come up with solutions for it. If anyone has any suggestions on how to improve it let me know.

Great project! For the border tiles, try using "Edge" or "Distance From Geometry" SOPs for better control. To fill empty patches, add procedural noise or randomize tile selection. To reduce distortion, tweak UV mapping with a "UV Texture" SOP. Keep experimenting, you're on the right track!
