The CPU usage is low due to network transmission bottlenecks

When the cache of my rendered scene is too large, loading files causes network congestion, which is understandable. The problem is that after loading the scene for a long time, the CPU becomes lazy and only has single-core rendering, which results in rendering time tens of times longer than normal! How do I make the CPU multi-core rendering after loading the scene?
Karma or arnold has the same problem!

Can it be it loads textures over the network for a long time? Tried to use HOUDINI_TEXTURE_DISK_CACHE variable?
