Clay Milling Approach

Hi everyone,

I'd like to try making a setup that looks like clay milling machine: Your text to link here... [www.youtube.com]

Looking for ideas on how to approach this task. Not sure where to even start. I'm thinking of a simple object first, like cutting out a "T" letter out of the box of clay. See a sketch attached.

All ideas welcome!

Do you have experience with CNC Machining Milling ...??

easiest method its Boolean , with groups you can make Chipping effect.

then You must think about About -steeping ,roughing and finishing....... OJ OJ ...

Hi, thanks a lot for the info. It looks like a really good solution, I'll try to re-create it. I could probably transfer the attribute for the wall that's been trimmed and use it for shading.
