How do I create the sharp edge of a knife?

I saw someone on yt do something like that with the bend and boolean nodes, but I'm not getting a smooth and visible transition. It's either a gap between two meshes or its not a visible transition. But this should be so simple, just cut away some meshes from both sides at an angle and I should be getting the sharp edge, ugh. Is there any other node I could get this done with?

what also helps is making sure your geo has vertex N attribute so that after boolean it can preserve the N direction of the cutter geo instead of getting automatic normals afterwards which are smooth for angles higher than 60
