Had fun doing this all procedural / painted, no textures needed!
moon by painting & mix noises, emissive only and visible for primary|reflect, distant light for the light.
stars from cops voronoi at different scales + expoglow
karma physical atmosphere sky to get some ambient lighting
water shader with a little stretched noisey normal map, bit of anisotropy helps reflect the moonlight

Basically I redid the previous day with a different approach to making the water and I felt this gave me quite a lot better control and results.
