Licensing Help

Hello,

I have been trying to get a hold of support for over 2 weeks now with no success. So I am trying my luck here. I have a very simple issue. One of the licenses I have is tied to "LOIGHIC". I no longer have access to this computer and need it to be released.

Hi Shane,
We do apologize for this - we cannot find any record of the email coming in. We're having our IT department look into it. Perhaps the message is stuck in our Spam filter. I will go ahead and release the licenses for you so you should have them shortly.
