1. Create Grid 2. Add Edit Sop 3. Select few points…RMB 4. Drag and drop Pivot parameter to create “Pivot Handle” 5. Enable Snap to Geo Point 6. Try to snap pivot handle to one of NON selected points…works fine 7. Now try to snap pivot handle to one of SELECTED poins (yellow)…fail
I think snapping to selected points is disabled since normally the handle is controlling the selection. So one usually doesn't want the handle to snap to the selection (the thing it is moving).
So how does one snap a point in the selected primitive to a point in a non-selected primitive? This is particularly important when moving shells around in the UVEdit SOP since one typically wants to align common vertices… How do you get around this limitation?
