I found a solution through various trials and errors.
The noise phenomenon has been removed by turning off the motion vector in the setting of the Unreal project itself.
To use the Vat, you will need to do it with the motion vector controlled separately.

Hi, I've imported a VAT file made by Houdini into Unreal.
As in the video, the image appears to be broken and not soft when played on the level. But when you press the fix G key on the level, it plays smoothly. How can I fix this?
Of course, I've repeated that I've turned off and on the Unreal project.
