pivot(center of mass) for active rbd object in dopnet

hi all:
I sent a question to the sidefx list, thought post it here also. I'm experiencing
a problem to choregraph(keyframe) rbd active object animation in dopnet,
since my rbd object has some tranformation in the sop level, I thought the
dopnet will automaticially use the center of mass as a pivot point, but seems
it's still using the world origin, so it's impossible to keyframe or set up the
rotation with the expression for the rbd object, i was trying to use $tx, $ty, $tz
for the pivot field in motion node, but it doesn't work, any ideas? appreciated!

Hi

What kind of animation do you have in your SOP level ?


Make sure you have all your parameters set up correctly ( Use Object Transform, and initial state options)

Other way will be to use these parameters for your animation, stead of using key frames in your SOP level.

or it is a character walking ?
