I am doing a video tutorial and they are asking me to move deselect the group centroid option box?

They are using version 5.xx and i am using 6. I would like to know where the

PivotAboutGroup Centroid option actually is to toggle

Yeah, I came up against that too. I just guessed that now the option is just to set the pivot point in the parameters page … and the missing bit is, you can set the values to $CEX, $CEY and $CEZ which are the values of the input geometry centroid.

Just be careful, I've had some weirdness happen when using transforms that if you make a transform and then decide to use the centroid and change the pivot, it doesn't seem to like it. I'm not sure about that … will have to do some testing.

The “Pivot about Group Centroid” toggle has been removed from 6.0 and the default behaviour for “Pivot about Group Centroid” is always off.
