two things
first when i go to purchase an upgrade to 10 it asks for Licensing password. where do i get this password. I enter the password i use to get my license for 9.5 but it doesn't work.

second thing i current uninstalled 9.5 and the 9,5 license. where can i download 9.5 software from. so i can reinstall it on my new pc.
