OK, so I'm looking at the Linux site and see that Veritas is now Linux friendly … wow! that's very, very interesting indeed …

I used the Veritas file system with great success on many Sun Enterprise systems and am wondering if any Linux users out there are using Veritas or other “3rd” party filesystems on their machine(s).

More than once Veritas saved my ass when a disk failure occured (usually in the middle of the night!) and I gotta say, it was a beautiful thing to watch … automagically recovering the system and taking the offending drive offline, made my boss very happy!
