mantra procedural--Sprite

Hey, I'm trying to get my particle SOP to render sprites (which there are many older tutorials online such as the tornado tutorial at 3dbuzz) but I can't find where something's moved to in Houdini 10 and was hoping someone could help me. I'm supposed to go to the Render Tab of the object->Geometry-> procedural-> and than in the Mantra Procedure Field I'm supposed to type sprite. Does anyone know how to set this up in Houdini 10?

Yup these are applied as Shops now. So, inside your Object add a SHOPnet, then inside there add a Mantra: Sprite Procedural SHOP.

Reference this on the Geometry tab of the object.

Is it possible to access older Geometry parameters in the
'edit Parameter interface' option in the cog next to the geometry name , will they still work?

THey won't work unfortunately. The Pre-9 way is IMO a much better workflow, and much faster to generate the IFD files too, with much smaller .hip files (less nodes).

Hopefully this will be fixed in the future!
