I have a selected points group, but I need it a littel expanded.

Any suggestions how to include the surrounding points to the group?

If you want to grow the selection when selecting in the viewport you can use Shift+G and Shift+S to grow/shrink the selection.

If you have your point group already you can do a little trickery by converting your point group to a primitive group and then back to a point group. See attached.

another way is to use the “edges” tab on the group sop.
