Its called Visual Tcl and it could help all you Houdini Developers and plugin/ riggors blah blah. It allows you to graphically create Tcl/Tk scripts with easy drag n drop in Linux. They have an article on it in Linux Journel which is probably the best and oldest linux mag around. Here is the Link:

I wrote a first draft intro tutorial on how to use Visual TCL with Houdini on one of the odforce forum threads. This was back when 5.5 was still around. Unfortunately, I never did manage to go back and add all the pictures I wanted. Given the new current version, the pictures might be a bit outdated anyhow.
