Houdini 12 Install missing files

I do have missing files when lauching houdini 12 (apprentice hd). those files are: libGB.dll and MSVCP80.dll. it's doesn't stop the houdini launch but make an infinit error while using pyro or others effetcs.

You should definitely log a bug for that and include the error messages you're getting.

Do you have the HoT somewhere in your path? There was a thread on the Beta forum recently with an error like this. The missing libGB.dll is caused by something in your Houdini path that has reliance on the old GB library, which is now gone with the advent of the GA geometry library.

Thank you for posting this, Graham. I was experiencing the same error and removing the HoT info from my system path did the trick.
