Attrib Weight of PolyReduce doesn't have any effect?

Hi, I'm trying to use PolyReduce to make some mesh lighter. I've painted some weight value for the PolyReduce but the Attrib Weight doesn't seem to have any effects: can you tell me what am I doing wrong?

according to tooltip, your attribute has to be called weight not Pw

it seems that it doesn't do anything for completely flat plane so just added tiny bit of mountain to break the planarity then you can see the effect I pronounced the weight value differences as well to make it more obvious

That's awesome Tomas! Thanks a lot! I tried also with a different geometry but I wasn't seeing any difference probably because I was missing also the Attribute Wrangle that you added! Thank you for the help!
