Vertex Normal always facing parallel to surface

hello, im trying to make a stylized grass HDA for unreal engine. I need to customize vertex normals, what i need is as said in title, they always have to point exacly parallel, same direction with the quad, surface below them. I achieved the “always up” normals but it doesnt creates exact results i need. Also, additional information; im using bend deformer to generate grasses and bake inside of unreal engine. Thank you
