Using vellum to sim Muscles

Hi so I have been trying to experiment with Vellum and fibre constraints to see if I can achieve a muscle simulation. Right now I have a number of issues:

1. before the bones move the muscle jiggles and waves I guess as the sim is settling down. Also during the animation it jitters. Any idea on how to minimise this?
2. How do you edit the fibres or atlas display them?
3. This last issue requires a bit of description. At the moment I am simulating a single bicep and bones. Right now as the arm bends the muscle collapses in on its self. Is there a way to control the stiffness of a mesh so its stiffer in some parts and not in others?

Sorry not sure if this is the place to share this. I am new to posting here if I should move it can someone let me know where to. Also has anyone else attempted to create a muscle sim with Vellum.

hey,

I am trying the same thing, Did you have any luck with that?
Wondering how can we control/drive tet fibers as the muscles deform.
