Is there any technical reason for that?
I guess many HOU functions won't make it fit for compile.

But I wonder if it would be possible to have a more dynamic python sop.
For example:
Sometimes I just need to access the Geo to retrieve an attribute or parm value and work with multi dimensional arrays and dictionaries in python.
It would be great to have it compilable just for this kind of task.
