Hi,

I have a simulation of points that have some spacing between each other. I would like to create one(or multiple) line from only those very close to each other (based on a user defined threshold). What would be the easiest way to achieve that?

Thank you!
Cheers,
Cristian

Connect Adjacent Pieces SOP in “Adjacent Points” mode will handle this.

Hi Toadstorm,

Thank you for your reply, unfortunately the ‘Connect Adjacent Pieces SOP’ will do the job but the ‘line’ is made of many primitives. So now instead of many points I have many primitives Any way to merge the primitives together then?

Cheers,
Cristian

Hi Christian,

try the polypath node for joining somehow connected primitives.
