Hi,

just started with the latest Indie version and finished my first tutorials (mostly Entagma).

While playing with them I might have changed something by mistake within the GUI:

As soon as I change attributes, the scene view becomes empty.

I have to hit “A” to bring it back every 5 seconds now, but rotating the scene is not possible anymore. This happens with totally new scenes too.

Surely it's something really simple, but I don't get it.

I started running into this as well with newer builds (.460). Do you have Redshift installed by any chance? I've read reports of viewports flipping out when you have Redshift installed with a newer Houdini build than what your installed RS plugin supports.

FWIW I have not yet updated to the latest Redshift which supports .460 to see if my issue goes away.

I have an installed trial version of Redshift 2.6.54 (2020.04) with Houdini 18.0.460.

When I remove the Redshift plugin from the packages folder, everything works fine again.

(The problem occured without using the Redshift render node in the project.)

I'm using Redshift 3.0.21 with Houdini 18.0.460 and that's working fine.

Is there any more information on this bug? I just ran into this in Houdini Version 19.0.455

Could someone file a bug please with the steps to reproduce the problem ?
