Alembic/FBX imported object rotation around pivot points.

Hello!
What is the best way to rotate elements of imported object around their stored pivot points(transforms point)?
I am trying to find the best workflow to set up rotations for imported models elements. I feel that the answer is to set Pivot Transform in transform node for coresponding group. Both FBX and Alembic files provide those pivot transform points but i can't find the way to pick the right ones for each group.
