Hello.
I'm getting some python erros when opening a scene in my laptop where I don't have redshift installed.
This scene was done in my desktop computer where I have redshift installed.
I found that even not having redshift installed in my laptop when I open the scene, objects and cameras have the redshift properties tab. So my question is: how can I get rid of all redshift properties in a scene?
The big problem I see is Redshift adds this tabs to all created objects and cameras by default, so even if you don't want to use redshift in that scene you need it installed to not have those python errors...

You can just ignore that crap. It's not just redshift, it's any third party system that adds supporting parameters to a system.
If you want to remove all those parameters, you'll have to edit each node's parameter interface using the gear icon. It's not really worth the effort. Another way to fix geometry is to drop new nodes at the /obj level and cut and paste the interior network from the problem node into the new Geometry node. Once again, not worth the effort.
