How to achieve non-uniform scale extract transform in 17.5?

Since Houdini 18.0, we got this dark-sorcery-like extract transform with non-uniform scale. But some of the project I'm working on still on 17.5. Is there any way to do this in 17.5?

I don't think so because it's a complied operator.
