I'm currently working on a project and the client requires a real-size human to morph into a 30 meters long dragon, and the dragon model looks approximately like below:

I'm using a vdb morph node to do the job but the result is pretty bad.
The client requests dragon claws grow from human hands and human face turns into a dragon face specifically. But considering the two models are so different in sizes and shapes I find vdb morph node pretty limited. Especially they are also animated at the same time. But the overall morphing time would only be 30-45 frames so the client doesn't want the transformation too long and complicated.
Is there any other way or should I use a more complicated approach?
