Bone Capture Biharmonic pulling mesh

Hi I am having some problems with my deformed mesh. I have corrected all of the weights in jointcapturepaint and in that node it looks normal but when I move to the bonedeform I am still getting some pulling from the ROOT to COG joint. The bonecapturebiharmonic node has this green section exactly where its pulling. When I move the COG joint the pull moves with it. What does this green section represent? It makes a very undesirable shape for my bird haha and I'm not able to smooth out with soft transform or smooth either.

Chances are you didn't corrected them all. Check the capture value for the problematic points in spreadsheet.
