non uniform "scale" of vornoi fracture "cells" domain

Hello, in cinema 4d, the fracture object has the option to apply non uniform scaling to voronoi cells in their distance domain(not sure if I'm using the correct terminology), here is a video to demonstrate:

How could I create the same result in houdini? is it a specific attribute the points could have?

scale geo and cell point geo, fracture, scale back

if you want more intricate cuts you can also:
store rest, apply some deformation, fracture, restore rest

It seems so obvious now, thank you! Works exactly as I wanted.
I especially like the idea to do it with rest to do some more interesting configurations.
