Hello guys, i'm having trouble figuring out how to work with fonts in houdini fortypography animation.
I was wondering how to achieve this result within houdini?
I figured out basic font topology preperation with a help of tutorial on twisting text on youtube, but effect works on everything as a whole geometry where i want to control each letter and affect it specifically.
Can someone share their thoughts on this, i'm kind of stuck here.
I also have free mops if that's helpfull in any way.
Just to be clear i don't want to twist it instead i want to replicate text animation from this tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=53MikIaOJGQ&t=983s&ab_channel=Allixar)
How to do typography animation?

I played around with emulating some After Effects typography. Feel free to check out the thread on OdForce.

Hi!
You can also take a look to the MOPs Plus Typography node:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lJ907xySsog [www.youtube.com]
It offers a very similar experience to the Mograph Text object from C4D because it packs the letters so you can use other MOPs or nodes to edit the packed geometry.
MOPs: https://www.motionoperators.com [www.motionoperators.com]
MOPsPlus: https://www.motionoperators.com/info/mopsplus/ [www.motionoperators.com]
To use the MOPs+ Typography node you will need to buy the commercial extension from MOPs, I always recommend to consider buy it to because it has a ton of useful nodes to improve multiple kind of workflows,
I made a quick demo showing this, I didn't see the complete tutorial reference but I guess it works to share an idea about this:
Hope that helps,
Cheers!
