When using "Hide Other Objects" the reference grid and transform handle become detached from the geometry unexpectly.
In this example, the reference grid is at the origin when "Ghost Other Objects" is activated.
When switched to "Hide Other Objects", the reference grid changes to align with the torus as expected.
However, if the torus is in a subnet and "Hide Other Objects" is active, the mesh will become detached from the reference grid and transform.
How can I get "Hide Other Objects" to work as expected within a subnet?
An example file is attached.
Hide Other Objects inside of subnet strange behavior.
